Lake Maps

I don't see my lake listed...

We custom make your Lake Map when you order so we don't carry an inventory of pre-made Lake Maps. To order, you would enter the name of your lake and the province it's located in.  

 

What if there are several lakes with the same name as mine?

When you enter the name of your lake, also enter the nearest city or the area it's located in. That way, we can be sure that we're creating the correct map of your lake. 

 

How long does it take to make 3D Lake Maps?

Designing and handcrafting your 3D Lake Map takes 10-15 business days (not including holidays) before it's available for local pickup or it's shipped to you, depending on your choice. Shipping times will vary. 

 

Do you include every island and feature on the 3D Lake Maps?

When designing and assembling your 3D Lake Map, some features can be too small due to scale to incorporate into the finished product. We make every attempt to include as much detail as possible in every 3D Lake Map. If there is a feature that must be included on your 3D Lake Map, please drop us a line to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

 

Can I get a proof or prototype of the 3D Lake Map I want?

We don't offer drafts or prototypes due to the time it would take to accommodate the number of requests we have for our 3D Lake Maps. If you have purchased a 3D Lake Map and have a special request that you want to have added to the map, it is within our ability and you wish to see a draft prior to building it, we can certainly discuss the options available.

 

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship throughout Canada and the mainland USA but we're always exploring the opportunity to expand our shipping zones. Keep checking in for updates!

 

How long does shipping take?

Please visit Canada Post or USPS for shipping times to your destination. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you via the email you provide with your order and provide you with a tracking number. If you haven't received a notification, please check all folders in your email provider. Please note: We have the same tracking information as you that is shown on the Canada Post or USPS website via the tracking link.

 

Charcuterie Boards 

How long does it take to make a charcuterie board?

Our custom engraved charcuterie boards are typically created in 5-7 business days and then available for local pickup or shipped to your destination (shipping times will vary dependent on choice of shipping speed and destination).
